Delete your TRIMZ account

This page is run by TRIMZ (trimzapp.uk). Use it to delete a TRIMZ customer or barber account without the app installed. Questions: support@trimzapp.uk.

How it works

Sign in to the TRIMZ account you want to delete, using email and password, Google or Sign in with Apple. If you signed in a while ago you will be asked to sign in again.
Review the cancellation costs shown for any upcoming bookings. Debt, bookings or a subscription never stop you deleting.
Type DELETE and confirm. Keep the private receipt shown on screen: it lets you check progress later, even after you sign out or switch device.

What is removed and what is kept

Deleting removes your TRIMZ sign-in, profile, posts, comments, follows, uploads, device and notification settings, and your barber handle once cleanup completes.

Limited booking, payment, consent, dispute, moderation and fraud-prevention records stay linked to your former account ID so that money already owed, refunds and payouts are not erased. If a payment matter is open, a verified contact is kept only for required notices and secure access to that matter. Retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an Apple, Google Play or Stripe subscription or settle any money. Renewal and billing are handled separately and are described below.

Before you delete

Future requests and appointments will be cancelled under your role’s booked cancellation rules.

Subscription renewal is separate

For Stripe web or Google Play memberships, we queue cancellation of renewal and retry provider failures separately. Deletion does not itself prove renewal has stopped. Apple renewal must be cancelled in Apple subscriptions. You can delete immediately without waiting for the paid period to end.

Payment matters and contact

If a payment matter remains open, TRIMZ keeps the verified email on your account only to send required notices and to let you securely view that matter. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, delivery cannot be guaranteed after Apple authorization is removed. You can add an optional replacement contact before deleting, or later check retained matters from the payment matters page or by contacting support@trimzapp.uk. Providing one is never required to delete.
